Slowly pull them out and put alcahol over then. And then a pink hello kitty band aid on it

The best way is to remove them with a tweezers, I feel your pain I was once working in woodwork and I was getting wood for my project and I fell and I put my hands to protect myself and there was splinters all over my hands it was so sore to take out as we had no tweezers, I had to remove them by hand it was so painful.
