Did she join the hub and type /register then follow the steps to make a forums account.
Once she does that, she should check her email. As Krypto said, make sure it's not in spam, junk, or any other folders she may have.
Once she has an account post a purchase support.

If she is still unable to make an account, have her DM a moderator on discord maybe, and they can help her themselves, or get her in contact with someone who is able to assist.
