Help with ign stuff

So I wanna keep my main ign (MusicDiscs), and this one (MontgomeryGator), and I can't afford an alt rn. Is it possible to have an ign without having bought mc (So I could save the name until I can buy an alt)?

Don't think so, that hasn't been a thing since before Mojang accounts. If you continuously change your main between the 2 igns every 30 days, nobody can take either. and then just keep one once you get an alt.

you can name flip, basicly a week before anyone else u can chage ur ign back to what it was. look up, “under” in name mc, this guy did it for 5 years

I would just change it back to MusicDiscs cuz i think that name would be sniped instead of ur current one
