Ive heard that theres a section for mute appeals? If yes how to get to them

You file for a ban appeal and mention that it is for a mute appeal in the reasoning section.

If you go to the ban appeal section, just do a ban appeal but be clear that you are talking about a mute appeal. I do not believe there is a section for mute appeals, if there was I would give you the link however, there is not. So a ban appeal should work if you clearly state the fact you want to be unmuted.
