It's probably on your end if it's only you. Invaded works fine. Try restarting your router, or try doing a factory reset if the normal reset didn't work. Just go on Google and type in (router model) factory reset

Yes, I had this problem once too. If you're using a VPN try disconnecting your VPN. Also check if you're using 1.8 - 1.8.9.

When it does this, I usually open CMD, type ipconfig /flushdns, turn off and on the network connection, then connect to hypixel, and it's fixed. It often just fixes if I join Hypixel.
