place a chest
shift right click with a sign in your hand
type text on the sign, as follows: (Do not type this exact text)
Line 1 - *Empty*
Line 2 - Quantity (Of the item you're selling)
Line 3 - "B <Price>" for BUY | "S <Price>" for SELL (You may do both by separating it with a colon)
Line 4 - Item Name (What you're selling)
