i am really mad staff declined my staff application now i cant be staff!!! i am literally also just got banned on hypixel and now i have to play invadedlands all day!!! what am i supposed to do if i dont have staff though now i cant get staff im really mad someone tell the staff they should not decline it they say i not meet requirements bruh why are there requirements i would be a good staff i see hackers all the time1605651676446.webp

Most (if not all) larger servers have minimum requirements to become a staff member. If you don't meet requirements or are denied, then you need to work towards meeting the requirements and or fixing anything that got you denied. Seeing hackers is not the only job of a moderator. You have to deal with chat offences, hackers, helping the community in any way you can such fixing any issues they have, engaging in the community, ect. Coming here to complain does not help you achieve your goals. They aren't going to give exceptions to one person otherwise everyone else would have to receive it too.
