Hey. I need help with buycraft

So I am trying to add buyable ranks to the game and they can get access to items and stuff. I just want to know how to allow certain ppl use a buyable kit once they buy a rank. Does it require a specific plugin? Currently on 1.16.1 on spigot

1st I do not care about how many posts I have or my title soooo ya. 2nd the question had been out for 4 without a reply, thats why I typed it to make it appear higher in the forums,so that someone else, like Bellasprout did, can answer.
