Well, from my place (a person who barely gets past art with a B+) I would give it a ten. However, from a point of view incorporating what my art teacher says, I would give it a 7.5. Mainly because the artwork perfectly fits it's genre, but I would recommend a simple next-step by adding some shadowing to it. Overall, dude keep going. I'd say you got a good chance of making this your career if you keep practicing. Great for banners or animations.
