Find the button could work, but true or false question would not end up well because after a while people would memorize the questions.

That shouldn't be their responsibility, if you are colorblind and have trouble in-game, I recommend downloading a colorblind supported recourse pack.

lumboc is colorblind but because on invaded they put the block into your hotbar, he just compares the shade of the one in his inventory to the ground, but going quickly might be a problem
