It's in place due to prevent lag, I'd presume it is planned to be raise once they know the server can handle it?

there is something called lag and when there are many players and many hoppers moving at once that is not good to NOT have lag. it creates lag ! o: lets put in consideration this, 250 players on average in the afternoon. 100 of them probably is smart enough and used hoppers already so thats already like 10,000 hoppers being used! and the other 150 lets say each have 10 which most probably have 20-30, 1500 hoppers....
