You would have to either win one from the crates available with a Custom Tag Voucher in them (you can preview each crate to see which one got Custom Tag Voucher in them), although the only Crate that got a Custom Tag Voucher as one of the prizes is Valentines Crate.
Or you could buy one or trade for one from another member with a Custom Tag Voucher, but you would have to be careful when you trust a member and only do it through /trade and be careful for it being a real voucher and not a fake one.
