I have a fairly large public farm on survival where you can kill mobs to get money, one of the most efficient ways of making money on the server. If you ever need a tp just ask me or ask in the chat and someone should be able to tp you there
After making money from public farms, you can save up money to buy your own spawners to make grinders to make even more money. I'd say to invest your money in iron golem, cow, and blaze spawners. Hope that helped!
