How do I recover my spawner or money?

If you have read some of my past threads, one of them is being scammed for a spider spawner dungeon. $7,500 lost. That spawner, HAS BEEN BROKEN. The username that broke it was HoodedBandit. Please help me recover me with getting the spawner back or somehow helping me in any other way. Not asking like just giving me a spawner, I mean like if you could give me ideas to get more money to eventually buy one. I know stealing is allowed. I don't have a screenshot/video, but another player is a witness. A1PHA_GOD. He is a friend of mine, although he was selling iron ingots for money, then HoodedBandit came in with /tpa. He thought it was me. He accepted it, I was afk so I didn't see it. (He put a sign down saying: https://prnt.sc/usi1lm) He eventually found the dungeon under my house. It was ONE BLOCK away from inside my claim. When I standed on top of it, it said CLAIMED by ME. But it actually WASN'T.. Neon if you see this, please fix that. You probably wont but.. Yea.

You can't, unfortunately. (If you we're scammed)
 
Well it was xrayed. I am 75% sure it was, as in the desert. A hole from the surface was dug straight down. A few blocks forward and a sharp right. Then he dug into the spawner, patched the hole in the wall with cobblestone, and he advertised him selling it for about 5,000. I accepted it. I said that 2,500 now. While I got my items from my 2nd base (Right now is my 3rd since reset. I know lol) 2,500 when I got there, then another 2,500 once I saw it wasn't xrayed. I took a look around and I didn't see any way in. Besides a cave, which I went far out, out of xray-renderdistance I think. So I paid him this. And stuff and I figured out after mining to the surface, I found a cave with a hole then a few blocks straight then sharp right into the spawner. I called him out for xraying in private-messaging, And guess what he says, "Lol I was just looking for a revein" (How ever you spell revein...) And then I said that no one must trust him in public chat and I /ignored him.
