How do I set my home on my plot and how to go back there

Hi im new to the survival server so I need some help with this
Apparently I did /home while I didn't set my home on my claim so yeah

So i need some answers on these questions:
How do I go back to my claimed plot?
How do I set my /home in the survival server?


It would really help if I could get answers cuz I don't know where the coords of my base are ;-;
 
Type /sethome and it'll set your home at the place you're standing. If you go somewhere else and type /home it'll send you to the place where you typed /sethome

you can only set ONE home! Oh and, I'm sorry but you lost your base now. You can build a new one unless you're going to find your old one but there's like 1% chance that you're going to find it since the world is huge.

oh thanks and yeah I'll just go to where I set my coordinates. It's not that far though
