How do I use vouchers?

Can anybody tell me how to use vouchers?

In-game, there's the /vouchers command, and if you have accepted vouchers, you can click them to get a code that can be used as a "coupon or gift card" on the store. Pending vouchers take some time to be accepted. You do not need to contact managers or otherwise intervene, they will get to it whenever they feel like it.
