How do you buy rank?

I am trying to enter the store to buy a rank but every time it asks me to write my username, and when I do it, it says: unable to find a player by that name.
Can somebody help me?

If youre trying to get a rank on kitpvp, You have to been on kitpvp before.

I don’t think there is much more they could do bud. Just wait a bit (a day or longer) and try again.
