no? this server has been on mojang's radar for years but invadedlands bypasses the EULA by using 1.8 which uses an old EULA. If anything this server will die due to lack of advertisement and irrelevancy, something we can already see.
edit: There's only 8 people online... as someone who has been on the Invaded forums for over a year (counting the old one) I can confidently say that this is a low.
