you get them when you create a warp, if you place the discs in the jukebox repetitively they spit out, and you end the editing then grab them. complicated but that's how everyone gets them. it's more of an exploit so i wouldn't go around doing this to sell them on the auction house, but if the discs are for personal use i don't see anything really wrong with that.
