There are really popular but dumb strategies like discord advertising, Follow4Follow. But I would have to say the best way is to upload consistently, make sure you have good thumbnails, and remind people to subscribe/follow once and awhile. And don't set your expectations too high for growth & shit, its just gonna disappoint you
