Does it work like: You start at 500 in the Queue rather than 1000. Or are there two queues, one normal, and one priority?

The queue works like this:
there are 4 passes:
Bronze(lowest) 10 dollars
Silver 20 dollars
Gold 30 dollars
Diamond(biggest) 50 dollars
Each of them make you go on top of the queue, so lets say in a 1500 players you buy Bronze pass, and 1300 of those players dont have any type of pass, so you go to slot 200, right after the non-pass ends, but behind other queued bronze pass or any higher pass, each pass grants u a bigger priority, making diamond an almost sure place in the event
