How hard is it to look at appeals

Why can't there be a SINGLE active manager or admin. None of them are active please hire new ones. My ban appeal has over 30 views and has been sitting for quite some time now

it's super duper hard it's not like it takes 2 minutes of their time where they're just running around spawn not responding to anything that actually has to do with their role

Mine took like 3 minutes to get a reply, I'm assuming them waiting is a good sign bc they rejected mine instantly.
