How is it fair that players spend their hard-earned money on servers such as KitPvP or Skyblock, only for those servers to be shut down without warning? There was no prior notice, no clear explanation of when or if the servers will return, and no option offered for refunds. If people are paying for ranks or crates, there should be some level of accountability and communication when services are suddenly taken offline. At the very least, players deserve transparency and a fair refund policy when the product they paid for becomes unavailable.

When you buy Digital Goods/Services especially on Minecraft Servers, you are purchasing with the knowledge that one day you will no longer access those goods (server shuts down, or crate goods are gone from a reset, etc). This is the same with every video game you also purchase digital goods from, those games could be shut down at any point without notice. I am on InvadedLand's side with this, a refund is not warranted.

However, I agree they need to update us on the state of KitPVP and Skyblock since they have been whitelisted for quite a while, with no information on why.

My personal opinion i dont know like my opinion is that the modes arent generating enough money do keep hosting them and their losing money on them due the lack of players and non buying rank nor crates

Thats likely the reason, however these people as a playerbase should not be left in the dark on when or if its gonna be resetting.

Also Ik this, im just trying to bring attention to the problem that has been swept under the rug for the past few months.

so wat, ur complaining abt this and not reset?
the survival reset is arguably less important than this

remember that before you and i joined this server kitpvp and skyblock were much better and more popular gamemodes and thousands of players spent money on these modes, just for staff to neglect them and throw them away

all those players quit btw

yeah both servers going down without warning, reason, or even a timeline on when they're coming back is still absurd. would like even just the slightest transparency about any of this instead of the staff vagueposting about it

i agree items and ranks and whatnot are ticking timebombs and purchased like they are knowing this, but like when theres no warning about the servers just indefinitely being whitelisted i cant really blame the people buying them

Your purchases are still there btw even if it resets it just u cant play the gamemode and if they did an annaouncement then probably everybody would be mad like 100x worst than what it is now

This lowk seems kinda shady. If they dont tell people when kitpvp or skyblock will come back so people can use the ranks and keys that they PAID for, what makes yall think they wont do this on survival? This is why im f2p
Electronic goods run this risk on all servers, not just here. it is very possible that one day the server goes down and never returns. while upsetting, you have to accept this is how life eventually happens. I have played many games that eventually close and my stuff is unaccesable
