These can take awhile. Apex is on break so ur going to have to wait for a pretty long time

Don't expect to get your Blacklist appeal reviewed to soon

They typically take awhile due to having a short amount of staff who can actually handle, check logs, etc. Not to mention other things like ban appeals and purchase supports need to get handled as well, they get stacked quicker than you think. I appreciate your patience & good luck
