how long does it take for a purchase ticket to be looked at?

i bought an unban yesterday and still havent got it, i went in support room (which has no staff...), then made a purchase ticket. edit: it was a false ban lol

There isn't really a specific time in which they can take to be reviewed, but when I submitted one previously, it took a week to be handled.

my ban appeal will probably be looked at before the purchase ticket.

was it a perm ban cuz someone had the same problem but their ban wasnt a perm ban so it didnt work
