Minimum of 5 days, if its been 3 weeks it has probably been escalated to a higher staff member where the case is more serious.
It's unpredictable. Saying minimum of 5days is false, since someone has got theirs reviewed and resolved in 3days.

Depending on the severity of the blacklist determines the length of the appeal.
No, typically any player can ask a staff member to lock a thread depending on if the thread has been resolved or it’s deemed a useless thread.

It's been answered though to the best of our ability and when a staff member answers it, they usually provide the correct answer.

No. Everyone can request a lock
Blacklist appeals have a tendency to take longer than ban appeals, mostly because they are much more server. Depending on what it's for, it can be a few weeks to a couple months. Some appeals might sit there if we feel it's necessary that the player must wait longer to learn from their actions.
As these appeals can only be handled by higher staff, it's harder to tell because there aren't many who can actually accept them. We only ask you be patient! : )
