How Long Does It Take For Staff to Read Your Appeal

I've been false banned and my appeal is still: ESCALATED

I was just playing normally then Someone hit me and then I got stuck in the air and got banned. I wasn't even Hacking

it happens all the time, thats how they like to take kids money, they false ban you, then they take forever to reply, or just deny it, then your forced to buy an unban

Escalated = higher staff needs to review it. (Check FAQ section in Community Help.) There are 3 overworked high staff and they need to check logs etc.

mine has been escalated for like 4 days. I would say in like 3 weeks

took 3 days from when my appeal was flagged as escalated to the blacklist reduction. It was right after the purge tho.

hate to break it to u, that's not how it works. It takes about a week total for them to get to ur appeal and accept or deny it. It's actually surprisingly quick.
