Usually they take 1.5 months from appeal date to be responded to. Can vary but as of now I think you will have to wait a while because everyone is seeming to complain about how long bl appeals are taking.

escalated means the higher up
and unlink I think means they need to remove an account link between you and a blacklisted account (a relation blacklist)
