You forget these staff still have to moderate a discord server, moderate a 1000 player minecraft server, check ban appeals, blacklist appeals, moderate forums, and check purchase support. Give it time, its also staff app season so theyre finalizing who they want to move on

I've also been waiting for going onto 4 day about a tag I never received. Just be patient, they will get to it as soon as they can. I'm sure they have a lot to deal with.
