How to buy color chat
You have to win it from crates.
You can either buy keys from the shop, obtain them from the auction house, obtain them from other players, win them in other crates, receive them from winning events, or vote for the server.
Only some crates include color chat. You can find out which ones do by executing /crates and left clicking on a certain crate to see what prizes it holds.
