How to combat?

Hi there.
On invaded Combat is disabled and u cant kill players.
Or thats what i thought, but now players are talking about killing people for heads.
Is there some kind of command i dont know about what makes u able to combat and get heads?

If you and the guy you wanna fight with did /pvp toggle, you are allowed, and can fight each other. Have fun on the server!
