I've come to the point where I'm making this forum post because it's impossible to play your server in it's current state. Even tho all the community outcry about all the lag, and other things that just have to be fixed, nothing has helped so far. Not even TehNeon's update on the server has fixed any lag and to my knowledge it's only gotten worse.

STEP 1: Fix your host.
What I mean by fixing your host, is that you have to find a solution for all the lag occuring on the network, I have died atleast about 30 times to just lagging out at the middle, while my internet connection is completely fine. Almost every single player that I know has been experiencing this lag and is extremely fed up with it. It's gotten to a point where it's useless to grind for anything because you'll just die to lag again in the end.

STEP 2: Bring more updates.
By bringing more updates to your server, it will become less repetitive and boring. Before you start adding new updates you first have to fix the lag on your server tho.

STEP 3: Stop muting for absolute bullshit reasons.
For example, I got muted for "pm spamming" my friend after he asked me what my location was on the server so he could help me. This has happened to multiple people and I think it should not be punishable in any reasons. Besides that, stop muting the chat when there's absolutely no problems at all. It's getting annoying at this point.

STEP 4: Remove mountains and lavapools from kitpvp

I do not care whether it's for aesthetic purposes, but please remove both of them. You can not enjoy a single fight without some guy running away to a lavapool to burn all of their loot or just hide int here or just to run to a mountain and bow you off. It's litteraly pointless to fight people that do this because it's impossible to kill them.

STEP 5: Interact with your community more.
Never have I seen a server being so disconnected from it's player base. (litteraly lol) There's absolutely no interaction with the community at all (besides the player council but none of the ideas brought in there actually make any changes to the server). It's just a feeling of being mistreat as a community because so many people spend so much time on this server just to get nothing in return besides lag and absolute bullshittery.

STEP 6: Stop Skeppy events on kitpvp.
So many people are dying to Skeppy messing up the kitpvp map that it's come to a point where it's not even funny anymore. Friends of mine have gotten banned and I have even died by falling through the map with a sharp 5 after skeppy replaced the floor with beds. You can just die to Skeppy doing some stupid shit while you're using stuff that you've grinded for for weeks.

STEP 7: Kick people in spawn that don't play the game.
Please start kicking people in spawn that just stand there to get noticed by Skeppy, it's incredibly annoying and they're just taking up player space on kitpvp instead of actually playing the game, besides that it also causes an incredibly toxic chat environment which I just can't stand.

Host skeppy event on a diff server and make the server better for people who arent usa

+ Actually be active on the invadedlands discord and More security + Privacy, People are getting muted for PM spam, meaning that staff are using SocialSpy wich in my opinion shouldnt really be allowed, this is like invading someones privacy, as the name says Social "Spy" meaning that theres no reason at all for the staff members to see this and if its a Ddos threat death threat etc, then it should be reported, not just muting everyone you see, + Muting for 1 month and then perm muteing someone for sending 4 messages in a row? what about the people that are fanboying skeppy on PUBLIC chat? people can just TPM for PMs but Public chat is a bigger deal (even if you can TGC), about security, people pull IP's and threat people that play invadedlands on discord etc, (i know this isnt a baneable offense since its outside the network but then why half of my friends are blacklistedfor this reason?), and by being active as coke said, interact with the community, dont just go Vanish and dont let see people that you are not on, last time i saw a staff member was like 2 months ago (without vanish actually talking to some people) and its honestly pretty sad.

i completly agree lol skeppy turned basically the whole spawn/ kitpvp map into bedrock and i lagged out and got falsebanned. it's also unfair for people to pay like 100 dollars and have god items that most players will never see in their lifetime of playing
 
Neon already announced they're upgrading their servers or doing something with them to help with latency/quality of them. He's already added more hubs ?

this is all dumb, this is all incorrect. All these are literal bullshit. I don't want to go on a rant, but I think the reason why your having these problems is cuz ur either bad or just don't understand what a server is. Also, the "lag" thing that's on your end bud.

PLEASE DO THIS! for the ones that have 260+ ping it's impossible to play and lag situations are way worse than the people that have less than 200 ping.. I should be getting 230-240 ping but I get 270+ (only on this server)(others server work fine) I remember there was a map change along with it @TehNeon I think changed the host and I was getting good ping but after some days neon reverted idk why and I started lagging badly.. I literally stopped playing due to this
