Had this problem myself. If your parents also occurs to have a lot of lag n stuff, ask em to buy a new router. We did that once and now my ping is way more stable and I don’t lag.

sometimes the router needs to reset. the do this, you can turn on some calming music; if you need a good playlist, hmu!!!
you then can try and help it mindfully meditate to reset its thoughts ??
