How to rename or delete homes?

I want to rename the homes I made but I don't know how and I asked other people and they didn't know how to either

I'm not sure how you rename them/if there's a way as I haven't played in a long time - you can do /delhome [name of home] to delete the home.

just teleport to the home, do /delhome [home name] and then do /sethome [new name]
