only legend+ can tpa and its not even /tpa its /tpahere. you can set up a island warp with a sign that says [welcome] on it and then ppl can do /is warp <ur user> or if u wanna go to someone elses island do /is warp <their user> they have to have the [welcome] sign placed tho

It seems gusuu is a survival player because in survival you don't need to have a rank to be able to do /tpa <playername>
