just be active and try to be somewhat nice. Also remember to not get punished in any way otherwise it will nullify your chances of being accepted

Make sure you fill all the requirements needed to become staff, and as @AirDog46 said try not to get punished.

Thanks for the suggestion, I haven’t been punished at all and i used like half an hour to fill the staff app out lol
