• Make a LOT of effort in your app.
• Maybe buy a VIP

Make Sure you meet all the requirements like 3 Months of activity on the server, no recent punishments (No ban within 6 months and no more than 3 mutes within 1 month), past experience, 14 years old or older, and a working microphone.
I think those are all the requirements but I'm not 100% sure.

Overall just continuing to stay active, and over exceeding all requirements. Don't just do the bare minimum. They are looking for people to represent the server and overall just be kind and reasonable. Be honest and honestly be as involved with the community as much as you can. Hope this may help!

• Be highly active in-game, more than the average player
• Be a part of the server for over 6 months
• Get to know any of our current staff members, it's easier to hire a friend than a complete stranger
• Be active on our discord server
• Be 16 years of age or older

BE DETAILD and if you know that you just don’t got enough experience don’t apply andmake sure that for watch question your ansewer should be at least two paragraphs except some like the language and bans and muted un less nessisary

If you read the bottom of the requirements, it gives you some extra things that can boost your chances like being older or being being extremely active on the forums
