So basically i got a friend to buy me 2 rankups (legend-> ultra and ultra-> legend) and he bought them at the same time (well like 2-3 mins between them) I wasnt online then, and when I got online, I had ultra only. Is it maybe cause they were bought at the same time? And how can I get the rank now ;-;

it takes a little while, for me it took a few days but right now it seems to be taking a little longer for appeals/purchase supports that kind of stuff to be handled. it could be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. hopefully it gets handled soon gl

The staff are busy with all sorts off things so it takes a short little while

zelk usually handles this sorta stuff. hes gotta check the logs and buycraft purchase thingy. if u have proof u bought the rank (like you do) you will get your rank. dont worry just may take a week or 2.
