I cant join the server

anyone else having this issue? i try to use the queue but nobody gets anywhere in the queue. why is this

From what I've heard, this issue seems to be resolved. However, if you're still stuck in the queue, leave and rejoin the server, and if that doesn't work, you may be blacklisted from that specific server.
