I can't even get into my account on minecraft.net, it says the same thing

Yeah i just looked it up and turns it out it is mojang's servers, if you log off a server you're currently on you won't be able to get back on for a while.

but I've re installed mine craft, restarted my router, updated my java and made sure no one was using my account
