I didn't get auto ranked up, I'm still Lord Rank.

Hey I saw the announcement about getting ranked up automatically if u had the rank upgrades, well for some reason it never auto ranked me up & i still have the rank upgrades. I was seeing if someone here could take them and give me my rank ups if possible, my ingame user is "kyleurbud" & I'm lord rank. I have 2 rank upgrades
