I got banned for nothing

So i was playing survival and then suddenly i got perm banned, like i didnt cheat or anything. I would like an unban so i can play on the server please.

Perm bans are for people that were hacking or were promoting other servers or something else major

You can apeal the ban and get it reduced to 30 days
