I was making a trade where I give 50k and a 10m(16$USD) warp create on kitpvp for a rank upgrade from VIP->MVP(13$USD). I tried to contact the staff online for a middle man but they wouldn't respond. I started to feel bad because this guy was waiting for so long, so I just went first and I gave him(Padean) the stuff and he never got me the rank.

buddy, I literally told you in-game to not go first because you'll probably get scammed when I saw you asking for a staff middle man. lmfao and after I said that, the padean kid got mad at me and said that what I said was false, please pay attention in chat lol

As you did not lose any real-life currency, this player has not done anything punishable. "IRL Scamming" refers to when someone is scammed out of actual, real money.
