It would be very difficult to punish players who are targeting. There would be too many cases and too much to deal with, not to mention half the player base would be banned for seeing one person at low health or with good gear and trying to get it. Also, I know you probably hear this a lot but its just a game, you win some you lose some. Making threads like this isn't going to prevent you from being targetted, and might have the opposite effect.

it's kit pvp, it's competitive, and you can target people, i can't think of a single reason that targeting should be punishable, but I encourage you to try and change my mind by providing strong reasons as to why this shouldn't be allowed.
