I have not received the rank I bought

I bought the specialist rank for skyblock about 25 minutes ago and i still do not have it. I have logged in and out, but I dont have it. What do i do??

Don't know if u figured it out cause this was a week ago but if you ever get a rank and u don't get perks just use /reclaim
