i logged back in today and it says "permanent sentence". I appealed the ban that i got and a manager replied just saying "denied". I don't even know what i did and i wish they would at least tell me what they banned me for other than "Ban Reason: Cheating".
It's really irritating ngl. I also want to point something out. It says in the ban appeal rules something along the lines of "if your ban appeal is denied it's because the staff member reviewing your ban appeal looked into the logs. I don't even know what to think of this entire thing

just say you did it
If your appeal was denied and you pleaded "not guilty" to cheating it's because anti cheat logs were checked and it confirmed that you were indeed hacking. I am almost 90% sure this is the case but you can try to privately message a staff member about your ban for more clarification.
