I voted for this server on KITPVP, and I was expecting a vote key but ended up getting scammed and didn't get anything at all. It ended up happening again after waiting 2 hours for it and I still can't collect my desired wish from the crate (5 invaded keys so I can try and win a $50 store voucher). If any admin, manager, developer or even Skeppy can reach out to me about this problem, I am free every day.
I know this won't go directly to staff members, but I will at least try.

Unfortunately, given the difficulty to prove the authenticity of your claim, it is unlikely that you will be able to reclaim your Invaded crates. However, try to collect as much evidence as you can (e.g. screenshots, maybe a video, and other proof). This way, if you do find a way to contact staff, you will be able to show evidence that you did actually win the x5 Invaded crates.
Note-I believe that Moderators do not have perms to give you keys, so you will most likely have to contact an Admin, Manager, or Developer (although you seem to have already figured this out in your message!).
