before the broken reset i had the light red colour chat, now id ont have it, i dont have any proof of it. But maybe you could check.

There's not really a way for us to check this, did you win it in a crate? It's unlikely we'll be able to help with this, but you could make a purchase support if you got access to this as a result of buying something.

If you have a screenshot, open a bug report for the achievement you completed and you not receiving the chat color.

if you have any screenshots of you typing in red chat in the past, that would also work

i lost 5 chat colors too but since you apparently need screenshot proof they wont help
Who tf takes a screenshot of all their messagees
