I love how you literally have to lie in your ban appeals to get accepted, because if you say you're not guilty, the staff are too lazy to check logs to see if you were or were not guilty, lmao. My brother made an appeal a month ago (in the appeal we stated each and every little detail of the situation), it was looked at, and then Zelk denied it within an hour after the appeal got sent.

Long story short: I watched over him while he was playing on my old laptop, grinding blazes at a farm, and then he got banned (bad fps and high ping doesn't really go good together, huh).

Beforehand I had strictly forbid him from installing even the slightest mods or even texture packs, let alone autoclicks or anything like that, because I know the laptop won't take it at all, it'll be dropping fps like flies and it'll most probably just make minecraft unplayable for him.
So now today we made an appeal saying that he is guilty for "using a mouse and a touchpad at once", even tho the touchpad doesn't even work (thanks to spilt coffee, yes I'm guilty there, oops), it got accepted by decay within three hours, with a note (and i quote quite literally) "Reduced, last chance"...

I just don't understand how a staff member can threaten a brand new player with a "last chance", it just becomes disgusting to even play like that, knowing staff just treat you as if they're the King, giving a peasant a piece of stale bread, when all they're doing is unbanning a player.

Unfortunately this post will not be taken seriously or even be worthy of an answer, but I just wanted to share an experience. Thank you.

I’m sorry this happened to you.
staff are trying the best they can and some of the things you said in here were opinions not facts.
you made it seem as if these opinions are facts and that is what pissed people off.
new player or not, staff have to do their job and it was very kind that decay even gave your brother a chance.
you may not understand how kind this was to do. He cared about the situation and wanted to give your brother an opportunity to not hack.
please learn to appreciate the little things, because they might just go away if you take them for granted.
i know your very protective of your brother, but what decay said was in no way a threat, he was just giving your brother a chance to prove himself. Try to look at it from a different angle and to be honest the fact that decay let your brother back on in a small bit of time could probably cost him his job. I did not intend this message to be mean and I hope it didn’t come across that way.
