Afaik, Luke definitely has his dms open on discord. Be sure to check your settings on discord to make sure it's not an issue on your end.
The most common problem I know off is Discord -> User settings -> content and social -> then you have to enable "Direct messages, allow dms from other server members"

Luke does not have his dms open, this is what i get when i message him (i have direct messages allowed)

Right Click the InvadedLands' Discord server and click on privacy settings, and turn on Direct Messages.

I've been able to message _Rikhard and he said you can dm him for stuff like this

This is most likely because your settings are set so you can't message people who are not friends with you as the managers do have their dms on. You can try make a purchase support ticket on the forums or message a staff in-game. If none of that works, you can dm me on discord (user: nonebuba) or here and I can help you reach out to a staff member to redeem your voucher.
